No, POP does not accept cash payments. All transactions must be completed through the app using Flutterwave - including mobile money, cards, and bank transfers for secure and trackable payments.
If a buyer does not receive their product within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, they will automatically receive a full refund. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
POP handles all courier payments directly. Once you complete a delivery, your earnings are calculated and paid out by us according to the agreed schedule. No need to collect from customers.
